Banana Fanna Fo Fanna

We are in the midst of the name game at our house. We have three baby name books (two from the library, one from our personal collection) and we have begun the hunt. I've vetoed a name or two immediately (Hannibal?! Come on!) and so has he (Geoffrey and Sting... although I really was just kidding about the last one). So far the front runners are Ian, Liam, Andrew, and Donovan. I also still like Alexander, but Chris isn't sold.

So why don't you tell us what YOU think? Any suggestions out there? Remember, the middle name is set... it's Findley. Fire away. I can't wait to hear your suggestions...

Royal
Heart
Bodhi
Dominic

If Jubilee had been a boy, her name would have been Zion David. Good luck! Let us know what you narrow it down to!

I think you all are too caught up in Silence of the Lambs. I will compile a list soon and we'll get into a discussion of it.

Here is a list of 2004's (with 2003's in parentheses) most popular baby names:

Jacob (Jacob)
Aidan (Aidan)
Ethan (Ethan)
Ryan (Matthew)
Matthew (Nicholas)
Michael (Joshua)
Tyler (Ryan)
Joshua (Michael)
Nicholas (Zachary)
Connor (Tyler)

As long as you don't pick any of these, I'll be happy. It sucks when there are other kids in your class with your name.
Personally, I like Tristan, Adam, William (but don't call him Billy!), and yes, Alexander. :)

Hmmm... Cathy, I'm interested in where you got your list. I've been looking at the Social Security website and the list is different. For example, we both like the name Andrew, but it's number six for 2004 on the social security site. It's not even on your top ten for either year... weird.

Hi,
Here's the link: http://www.babycenter.com/babyname/popnames.html
I googled "popular baby names" and came up with this. According to the fine print, this is a compilation of 310,000 users who recorded their children's names. Andrew is number 12 on their list, but it was a much smaller sampling.

I like the names: Colton and Hunter

I deleted Chris' post of names to cut back on the amount of personal info contained within. Identity theft and all that. The names are still in the next post (only without middle and last names)
