Preemptive Strike

For those of you who read my husband's blog AND mine... I just need to state for the record (before he tries to frame me) that at the dinner table tonight, Athena said "Cheek," not "Shit" as he will purport.

    I don't think being a baldfaced liar is any better example for our daughter than saying shit in front of her and having her repeat it.

    I'm not lying. I said "Shit" and she said "cheek." :-) At least, that's what I heard. Heaven help me when her enunciation is better...
